AT THE FARM
Private Appointments 

At FCF we offer the opportunity to book a private appointment with your family and friends. You can book an hour for $60. This covers up to 12 people, so you are welcome to bring who you like with you! We also include 1 bucket of grain for one-hour appointments. Birthday Parties

Birthday parties are two hours long with 30 minutes ahead of time to decorate and set up and 30 minutes after to clean up. During your party you get the entire barn, fenced barnyard, patio complete with picnic tables and of course the petting zoo. We offer grain to feed the animals during part of your party. Also, during a portion of your party we run our barrel train ride where we take the children on a ride along the pasture fence line, past animals, past our pond and back to the barn. Total for everything described is $275. We do require a non-refundable deposit at booking and the balance paid at the party.

Field Trips

We welcome schools, day cares, cub scouts, girl scout, etc. to the farm! You have full access to all of our animals, getting a hands-on experience! We answer any questions students may have and make it an educational experience. It is $10 per student ($75 per hour minimum), teachers and school staff are free. We include 2 buckets of grain per hour to feed and during a portion of your visit we offer our barrel train ride to the students where we drive along a fence line, past animals, past our pond and back to the barn. Field trips can be scheduled for 1-2 hours and the picnic area is open if you would like to have a snack or lunch on the farm!

Additional On-site Information...

  • Closed toe shoes are recommended

  • No glassware 

  • Please do not chase any animal during your visit

  • Absolutely no smoking or vaping on FCF property

  • Tipping is appreciated but not expected

  • You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to your appointment or party. 

  • During your time at the farm you have access to the barn and barnyard, please do not allow children to go to the house or any of the outbuildings, sheds or the private playground

  • One barrel train ride per child is included in the appointment cost

  • The barrel train does not run if there is inclement weather

  • There is an attendance limit of 50 for parties and private events due to limited parking

  • Most standard party decor is fine, no confetti and ALL decor must be cleaned up entirely at the end of your party

  • Additional hours can be added to a party at $100 per hour

  • Pony rides can be added to appointments at $5 per child and they can be added to parties for $100. During a party the pony will be available for rides for the first hour. The pony has a 60 pound weight limit.

MOBILE OFFERINGS
Basic Barnyard Party

  • 2 goats, 2 sheep, 1 alpaca, 1 bunny and chicks

  • One hour: $250

  • Each additional hour: $100

  • Add a pony for rides: $100 per hour

Down On the Farm

  • All the same animals listed in the Basic Barnyard Party PLUS a mini donkey and a pony to pet (no pony rides)

  • One hour: $325

  • Each additional hour: $125

Pony Party

  • One pony for pony rides. We have multiple ponies with different weight limits, the largest being 100 pounds. Please let us know the weight ranges of the children at booking so we can confirm the proper pony is available.

  • One hour: $225

Unicorn Party

  • One small pony dressed up as a beautiful unicorn for pony rides (60lb weight limit)

  • One hour: $250

Additional Mobile Information...

  • We arrive 30-40 minutes prior to your event to set up for zoos, for Pony Party or Unicorn Party we arrive 10-15 minutes early

  • We will need at least 40-50 feet to park the truck and trailer at your home or business as close to the animals as possible, within 50 of the trailer.

  • Grain is included for private parties ONLY

  • Animals may be substituted due to illness or injury

  • Parents must lift their child onto ponies for rides

  • We bring chicks temperature permitting

  • All droppings left by the animals will be cleaned up before we leave to the best of our ability

  • If inclement weather is forecasted for the day of your event you may cancel up to 24 hours before we are scheduled to arrive

  • If we arrive to your location for the event and you decide to cancel or reschedule the full amount of the event is due.

  • No dogs, balloons or bounce houses near ponies

  • If you need a certificate of insurance it is a $75 fee

  • Tipping is appreciated but not expected

  • If your event is over 20 miles from the farm there is a travel fee

  • Animals must be on a grassy area. If they need to be set up on concrete or asphalt we need to know ahead of time and an additional fee of $40 will be charged

  • Pony rides must be on grass or dirt

  • During warmer months we do not set up on concrete or asphalt

  • Helmets that we provide must be worn during pony rides, NO EXCEPTIONS
